For decades, I’ve been giving the best in me

that even aliens want.

Treated me as party-essential.

Used me to pour something out

and most importantly for your body.  

But if I am such functional,

why be hidden in this small corner?

and never be flaunted outside?

or maybe I should shut thy mouth and

just wait to be used again.
